Hadean Public Equities GmbH is registered as a tied agent in the relevant public register in its home jurisdiction and acts exclusively on behalf of, in the name of, and under the liability of RPAc.

In the context of its activities, the tied agent provides investment brokerage services within the meaning of Annex I, Section A(1) MiFID II (excluding the receipt and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments).
