RSAG is authorised and supervised by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA). The Tied Agent is registered in its home country in the register of tied agents maintained by the competent supervisory authority.

In the provision of financial services (investment brokerage/intermediation pursuant to Annex I, Section A(1) MiFID II, as implemented in the respective national legislation, excluding, however, the reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments), the Tied Agent acts exclusively in the name, on behalf and for the account of RSAG. Under RSAG's liability umbrella, the Tied Agent exclusively promotes the ‘Strategie-Zertifikat auf den Hadean Biotech Select I Index’ within the scope of its activities.
